10 min home chest & shoulders workout (no equipment bodyweight workout) - Fraser Wilson Scooter: First time doing this. I noticed after I feel the most from tricep/bicep, and not really shoulders or chest (aside from the feeling you get after sore from bench press) is this normal, or did I do it wrong?

HELLO! im 15 and ill do daily stuff about this Day 1: i did not manage to do as perfect as he did but i did my best. I finished whole workout full of swear couldn't move a muscle. Ill keep doing this!

If I only do 10 mins of this and 10 mins of abs and have a diet would I gain weight and get muscle? I-m super skinny abt 10 kg underweight

i have a question, after i finish these workouts my arms feel more sore than my chest. does that mean im doing the form wrong?

Haven-t done any workout for 6 months, this is challenging and right enough to activate my muscle groups again thanks

Looks good I do 4 sets of dimand push ups 4 sets of regular push ups and 4 sets of wide push ups and my chest bigger
