sport: Only (I hope) positive suggestion for all your workouts would be to integrate an instruction of the specific workout about to be performed before each timer begins. It would give newbies a chance to see how to do the move correctly before starting and could be used as either a _rest_ between veterans or even a way to get one or two extra reps of the move in for those familiar with the program.
