Moving to a smaller home where I wont have room for a large dumbbell rack anymore. Replaced the whole rack with this adjustable set. The handle diameter is a little bigger than my old dumbbells bestgym. equipment - I only really notice it when I do farmers walks with heavy weight. I do not have the stand but am considering that for the future. These work as expected.

First time i have done another workout with this cganbel besides abs or cardio and it was great! Definitely felt it on thise pushups. Intense was really the right word to use. Tried to hold my own with dan with my 25lbs for chest press, 15lbs with chest flys. Working my way up!

I usually do hour long workouts per body part, so I'm always hesitant to do shorter ones. I've done 3 of your workouts this week, and they're killers! My hamstrings are still sore from 2 days ago, and my chest is on fire! Thank you

I love your workouts but when you do chest usually use the block and I didn't have one in my home. maybe you could give us some alternative? Please I would love workout everything right

This is a DAMN GREAT workout! Especially for people like me with limited dumbbells. And I appreciate the stretches at the end. It really helped.

Is achieving overload more important in this routine than getting the perfect form? 30 lbs starts out rather easy, fyi, but gets mad tough toward the end!

What bench are you using for these exercises?
My arms are constantly touching the ground when I do them layed on the floor.

Thx. now i feel the difference in strength of my left and right chest and shoulders.
Keep it up guys. dont use too heavy weighs
