I'm trying to wrap my head around why many of the Dubai (American) attractions are so bad. I have a feeling it must be design by committee where the financiers keep making changes because of religious/cultural/violence/PC/etc. until the original idea looks like mush. Obviously there's no real consumer testing nor financial assessment - it's just build it because we have the money and we want one. Hey I'm a great theme park designer - call me I've got great mushy ideas that you'll love.

Damn. This was a disappointment. They need kid and teen minds to come together to make this ride and the others waaaaay more fun. If I was the one designing the ride, I would make it a quest to save some princesses. Where you have your own laser swords to shoot evil monsters to at least help Finn and Jake. And the end Lady Rainicorn would fly us to the Candy Kingdom where Princess Bubble gum would be holding a party for us. Something like that.

Everytime they post a ride from this theme park, people in the comments complain that it is lame. But like, if it's this theme park, just expect that it's going to be lame. They clearly had a very small budget and perhaps not enough creativity. However I still enjoy seeing videos of these rides, because you rarely see dark rides like this built this cheeply and it's kinda of fascinating

Ive been on this ride, and yeah, it was kinda awkward. It wasnt too bad though The part where you go over the park is really cool, and it isnt shown but theres a lot of cool murals and a model of the tree house in there, and some other really cool places. This ride couldve been better, but honestly its nice weve gotten far enough to have an adventure time themed park anyways.

Most of these comments are about the poor quality of the ride, but you know what? I thought it was kinda neat. Custom voice lines by finn and jake (the line about seeing someone wearing Finns hat) was pretty cool. Or the scene with Marcelnes house, come on guys, that was pretty cool too. Yeah its not Disney level dark ride, but its still kind of fun

all of the statues of Finn fighting are in the same pose. this could be so much better with even basic animatronics, maybe some projected mouth movement. and none of the voice actors seem at all into their roles, especially Flame Princess

Its feels really boring I feel it may have been at least a little better if it when a little faster in the dimension hoping transition or maybe more interaction with whats going on below Im sure they could come up with some witty banter

Honestly, AD deserves better. The Land of OOO is a great fantasy world so obviosly a park or a ride of it have to receive so much money even like Disney's. I dont mind if the rich size of Cartoon Network spend money on a decent project.

okay, I get that this ride looks lame, but I must say. I kinda like it, it's not the shittiest ride I've seen, and it definetely has some work put into it. I like the custom voice acting and the little storyline that's going on.

Not only did they use the same cutouts, the whole flying overhead idea was terrible because you can't see anything with that bar in your face. Not to mention that 90% of it is just looking at other rides and advertising a store.
