This reminds me of a Haunted House ride they had in Kings Island that really wasn't scary at all. I remember my best friend and I rode it and she said, 'It's really not at all scary', it was actually quite fun. I loved it, but as far as 'scary' rides go, the best one I've ridden is the Haunted Mansion in Disney World. That's what really turned me on to amusement parks. I have never been the same and whenever someone gives me an invitation to go to one, I am like, 'GAME ON, SON '

Fun fact: (It's not shown here cause maybe it wasn't working when filmed, but) the cars actually turn to face certain scenes. At the start you're actually suppose to go down the spiral decent BACKWARDS. It's also why at 2: 54 there's an open area with some blinking eye lights set up cause technically you're not suppose to be facing that way.

I don't quite understand how people enjoy this. I've seen my dog spit up scarier things than that and I make more entertaining things when I take a dump. That was barely worth watching. I would certainly not ride it more than the one time it would require to feel foolish for wasting my money.

I still remember riding it before the renovation where it was just a dozen scenes all repeating welcome to the castle and that was it. Flash forward to the first time riding the renovated version (this) and I was COMPLETELY blown away.

Love these types of rides. I was expecting it to be over-the-top cheesy, but surprisingly it seems to be pretty atmospheric. Especially with those sound effects (some of them, yes, cheesy, but high quality nonetheless)

Is that it? I was always scared to go on the ride since I cant handle horror or anything scary but that didnt seem too bad. Dont get me wrong it looks fun but I thought it would be much scarier?

Santa Cruz boardwalk is a great place Its clean, always freshly painted, great saltwater taffy, and the wooden coaster Giant Dipper is one of the best, even after all these years

I liked the one when i was a kid back in 19 _8. But it has been through a change or two. The cars entered to the left then. Thank You for this, the one I never got to ride.

The cars used to rotate to face certain scenes (Ex: used to face backwards on the way down. Hope they fix it, it would be a shame to see this ride fall into disrepair.

I liked the older version better but this one is still fun. Got to go to the dedication and grand opening of the refurb. I like the way they added some local themes.
