Can't people for ONCE just enjoy this make believe raptor? The original raptors were the size of a turkey and had feathers. So what did they do? Make him bigger and no feathers. There's a man in the suit. You criticize If it was mechanical all the way you'd criticize. I for one would be nervous because I would suspend reality and play along and anything with big claws and teeth would make me nervous anyway. Jurassic Park had many dinosaurs that weren't even alive all at once. It has Triassic and Jurassic dinos. But people love the films anyway. Just enjoy the fantasy folks And to be totally honest we have creatures alive who were before during and after the dinosaurs. Birds, sharks, crocodiles, horseshoe crabs, turtles, insects, snakes, scorpions.

I feel like you cant please these fans anymore with the raptor suits. People dont like it when the actors legs are exposed, but they also dont like it when the legs are covered up. Its literally impossible to fit a person into that leg anatomy which the actor can be comfortable in for an extended period of time. The original Jurassic Park film pulled it off but it was only shot from the waist down, with the performer in a harness on special stilts. Putting a theme park performer in stilts while wearing the extremely heavy raptor contraption on top for an extended period of time walking and moving is completely unrealistic. Im more than happy with what Universal put out- great vid

Blue is just so. conflicting There's great detail in the top half of the head, the blinking eyes, the texture, but then it's almost like the people who designed it gradually gave up more and more as they progressed downward. I mean, seriously, with all the assets Universal has at their disposal and the best they can do for the feet are half a step above raptor slippers on the end of pajama pants?

Is the Triceratops a quadsuit or more of a party horse costume arrangement, with two performers? The Toothless quadsuit was very impressive, but the head on the triceratops looks REALLY heavy for just one person
