If you take the wait time out of it, this is a solid ride. It's smooth, the art design is gorgeous, the queue is very detailed and fun, and the animatronics are fantastic products of imagineering. As many have said, it's not really meant to be an intense or fast coaster. It's more of a family blend of coaster and dark ride (I mean, it IS in fantasy land after all. The biggest criticism I have is that it really is pretty short, being only about 2 and a half minutes long. It feels even shorter though, given the fact that there are really only two show scenes: the mine, and the Silly Song cottage bit at the end. And of course, this isn't a fault of the ride really, but the wait times are pretty ridiculous since it is still a relatively new attraction. If you are a fan of the original movie (which I am, Disney dark rides, and/or that good ol' fashioned Disney atmosphere, I'd recommend trying to go early in the morning, or near closing time. That way, the standby line will be shorter and you can see the lovely entrance queue. Otherwise, fast pass+ is your best bet. Probably give it an 8 out of 10.

I found this really underwhelming. Its like a kiddies Big Thunder Mountain. Theres nothing wrong with that, but I wish they had kept Snow Whites Scary Adventures, that was really cool. At least we got the Little Mermaid dark ride, that makes up for no Snow White. But it is absolutely not worth the wait at all.

i appreciate these videos but the guy in front of you illustrates the need to have a rule about holding your arm/phone up and blocking/illuminating the ride for others. Cameras should be held no higher than your person while on a ride and should not have any lights or screens illuminated.

For anyone like me who hates intense rollercoasters: this ride is so worth the wait. I went on it the first time on my senior trip two months go and when it got to the hi ho part, my friends and I just busted out into song and were having the time of our lives.

I waited 2 hours in the line. My mom was getting an autograph from Gaston for me. I rode this with my dad. Had fun. Some lady was yelling at a group that supposedly skipped her. It was fun and scary at the same time.

I was going to go on it while I was there this week. but that wait time. It doesn't help that I had to be on a strict time crunch. Hopefully another day, along with the Slinky Dog Dash ride and the two Pandora rides.

It's lame but fun. Back in the 70s, we got on It's A Small World after one of my friends took LSD. Don't do it. She freaked out, a Really bad experience that we laugh our heads off about now.

This is a nice crowd of people on this ride. They seem to really be enjoying it. Sometimes people just look dead on rides, but they're clapping along and having their arms raised and everything.

This is basically thunder mountainjust that in has robots and thunder mountain doesnt ( both really fun if you are scared of rollercoasters) its not bad this ride and thunder mountain are slow.
