Paused after watching the first 1. 5 minutes to write this comment. Danny, you're doing an amazing job capturing all that footage of yourself while running - all the camera angles that you must have had to pre-plan, deciding where to focus the drone to get the best shot, then deciding when to make the drone follow you, placing cameras at different locations to capture yourself traversing the ridges - and doing all this while thinking about how to stitch it all in the form of a linear story (point a - b - c - d etc. Absolutely beautiful work. Goes a long way to show how much heart you put into your videos.
Just wanted to write this little observation I made, in this old video of yours; to have it unnoticed and unappreciated would have been a disservice to what you're doing and how well you're doing it.

My wife has gone on several legit/difficult hikes with me. The only thing that keeps her happy is snacks. She still usually complains some while on the trail with or without snacks, but always seems to enjoy it when we are done, especially with more snacks at the end. I'm still as confused now as the day I met her.

Obviously, I haven't seen all of your postings because I've been wondering why I never see any women on your adventures and walla. I finally see a woman who also happens to be your wife. She aced that adventure. Better keep looking over your shoulder from now on. someone might be gaining on you.

Wow, the Via Ferrata is actually really cool looking. When I was in Lauterbrunnen Valley in June I skipped it because I thought it was going to be guided and overblown/lame but clinging to the cliff wall actually looks dope. Such a cool area, got some leg trashing hikes in.

Great VID. I humbly ask a question for anyone. How does one get to this level of mountaineering? I know practice practice practice, but is this just a personality trait that folks are born with or have folks who may not have these traits reach these levels?

I'm curious: for someone who enjoys the outdoors so much and spends so many of his weekends/holidays doing outdoor pursuits, why chose a partner who isn't interested at all in that sort of stuff? What DO you do together?

This Via Ferrata doesnt go down the cliff to the valley floor. It traverses the cliff between Murren and Gimmelwald. Lots of fun and very scenic, quite airy. Kudos, my spouse went to the spa while I was out there.

You guys really gotta come up here to Alaska there are some seriously amazing places to hike/run/ski/climb. Hatcher's pass, black rapids glacier, chugach state park, Denali area/Alaska range. The list goes on

My wife and I just did Via Ferrata in Telluride. Not as pretty as Switzerland, but still a blast. Good to see your wife out there. We've wondered what she thinks about all your adventures over the years.

Just started watching your videos and I've really been enjoying them. If you're ever back in Switzerland you should check out the Hardergrat Trail, I hiked it last summer and it was awesome.
