Greater Myrtle Beach - Little River, Murrels Inlet, Pawleys Island DO NOT STAY AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORTS ON THE BEACH, South Kings Highway! We are an older retired couple on a fixed income and we were excited to rent a studio condo there Sept. 2021-Mar. 2022. We tolerated broken down furniture like broken drawers that were unusable and a couch that was worn out and saggy and a toilet that was constantly breaking down. We reported all these things and were assured our deposit of $725 would be returned. When we received our check it was only $125. They said the mattress had to be replaced because it smelled like urine. This is an out and out lie. We would never have slept on a mattress that smelled like urine and we certainly did not urinate on it. My wife is an immaculate cleaner. We left this place in better condition than when we left it. THIS IS AN OUT AND OUT LIE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYBODY ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY DONT MIND STEALING MONEY FROM AN ELDERLY COUPLE ON A FIXED INCOME.

Great video, just returned from Garden City and the Murrells inlet area. Loved it! Hiked the beach from the pier to the jetty great beach and surf night time on the pier with the bands and fishing was special then visited Huntington state park and the castle so worth the 8. 00 saw a few alligators! Myrtle Beach Airport great design and atmosphere one of my favorites! Hadn't been to the area in over 25 years so much has improved I'm a south Florida atmosphere lover with the environment there with the nature and beaches and this so compares to that will be back!

Greater Myrtle Beach Excuse me but that is a picture of the tail end of Garden City and Murrells Inlet at the end. And Pawleys Island Nothing like MB. Nothing. After you get out of Garden City everything is much different. It's not as crowded, it's much more open. There is fine dining in the Inlet and Pawleys. Also no one would say Brookgreen Gardens is part of MB. I guess they're just using the name because it's well known. The real title should have been the Grand Stand.

I lived in Georgetown, around 14 miles south of Pawleys, for three years. My husband was born, raised, and served on the police department of Georgetown. The first time I came to visit, he took me to Pawleys to see the ocean and I fell in love with it. It's different there since the beach re-nourishment done in 2019-2020 but still beautiful. Watching this video brought back wonderful memories, thank you.

I like staying at Litchfield by the Sea in the condo complex (Hamilton At Somerset Unit 401) where they have great pools and uncrowded beaches. There is also fishing in the salt ponds on the property. We caught some big fish, red drum, and also some crabs right along the road. Your review skipped right over this area and I just thought I would mention it here.

Your videos are my favorite travel videos. You always hit enough highlights and give great information. I like that you have all different vantage points. boats, drones, biking and walking. I like in South Caroling and have been to the Myrtle area several times and you still showed me things I haven't seen yet. Thanks for another great video!

I was born and raised in South Carolina to Myrtle Beach for about 2 years when I was younger and I visit now as an adult pretty often and sometimes would think that it would be boring or get tired of it but I'm so thankful for your video it is showing me so many places that I haven't seen yet so I can start to have a lot more fun when I go

Great video! We used to go to Cherry Grove every year! Stayed at the Anchor Inn, directly behind and across the street from the pier. Bob and Becky Pruitt were the owners. They were the best! (Nice nod to Traveling Robert)

It’s not pronounced Mirril’s Inlet. It’s pronounced exactly like it’s spelled, Murrells Inlet. It sounds a lot like Girls Inlet (but with an M) if you pronounce it properly. Really great video! Awesome editing skills!

Interesting but I'm amazed that S. C. nickles and dimes people even for walking on a dock! In California, there is still free access to many beautiful places. Great video, btw.

WONDERFUL video as always. Great job. If you can't make it to Florida or the gulf-beaches, then Myrtle-area should be your go-to. Can't wait for the Orange Beach vid.
