Most of the foreigners that come here don't speak Spanish, at all, but if you go to their countries and you can't speak their language, they'll treat you like a stray dog, especially americans; they expect you to speak fluent English and they'll mock you if you're not good at it in a really passive-agressive way in the best cases, even if you're there as a tourist. Oh, and I forgot to mention the fact that they'll ALWAYS discriminate you if you don't look european, it doesn't matter if they are ethnically white, asian, black or even your same color.
Next time you come here, make sure you speak the language, I don't want no condescending fatsos in my own land, doesn't matter where they from.

It's not that i'm stepping up on defence of Shops and Cab drivers not allowing paying w/ Credit Cards sometimes.
Fare to say that actually credit cards are just simple scammers. For every pay the retain the credit for over a month (ARG inflation rate > 60%, plus they charge shopers with 5 to 10% fees on every purchase.
Adding, so one of the things the population has to defend against the criminal goverment's inflation tax politic, is to handle a cash economy outside the goverment radar.

Uber and Cabify as well as a third app called BA Taxi which is like uber for Taxis. they all work great BUT, beware, Uber drivers don't like if you pay with credit cards. They would much rather get cash. The reason? Credit card companies take forever to deposit funds to their account. In a country where your money starts at a price early in the month and 30 days later it devaluates, it makes sense they don't want to wait.

You guys need to also visit my country Kenya and see the big five, Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, rhinos, buffalos and plenty of other wonderful wild animals, wild beasts migration that is part of seven wonders of the world. We have a beautiful beach line on coastal region of Kenya where you can enjoy all cultural activities around and also jump with the maasai communities. There quite a lot more to enjoy here.

I love Buenos Aires. The weather, the parks, the music, the wines. Taxi is a issue in all Latin America for tourists. Better to use Uber. I was robbed in the center as well. Take care of your purse and cellphone. They are fast. Good video! Tks

Its good to hear about the bad, because i wouldve thought it was just happening to me. lol!
I work for an airline, so I've been there twice but were very quick trips, so i didnt experience that much. i want to come back and stay longer!

I'm from Argentina and I hate badly this lateness, more over on dinner time, I changed my customs when in Tokyo, and after I came back to my country just can't stand anymore eat so late.

One of my favourite cities EVER! Went first on 1995. Didn't meet many tourists except a few Swiss, Brazilians and Israelis. Want to go back very much.
