The unfortunate issue is that other markets are being decimated. If you want to stay green, you have to rely on a lot of diversification. Currently up 14% and being careful. Still a better deal than leaving it in a savings or checking account yielding 0-1 percent interest.

I went skiing on Mt. Ruapehu when I was there in New Zealand. I didnt know it was Mt. Doom of LOTR. Ive been dreaming of visiting each film sites of LOTR. Didnt know I was able to go to Mt. Doom already, if I knew I would have taken more memorable snaps. But its ok. Ill do it the next time I visit NZ.

I have just watched your 10 places to visit in new Zealand, but i must say I am a born and breed New Zealand citizen, and you need to understand how to pronounce the places you are describing, as many of them are incorrectly pronounced. And is very confusing. for tourists Thank you

I was just reading about New Zealand's crime problems, apparently caused by same types as everywhere else with the same SJW solutions. let it get worse. Wellington has, a higher crime rate than Chicago.
