5 Things Tourists Love & Hates about visiting Costa Rica AWESOMEDUCK: My brother asked if I want to go to Costa Rica with him and bring my teen daughter. I'm afraid! Not sure what I'm afraid of lol. I guess I'm just used to being stuck in house from pandemic and I'm worried to bring my only child. Prior to covid, we had our first trip to Europe which scared me too but we made it home just fine lol. I've been to Hawaii so I understand how beautiful a trip this could be and I know it will be even better. Anyone reading this, please tell me if I should cower to my fears or get the nerve to go! I'm super excited but it just scares me being out of the country. Please tell me anything else I need to know to feel confident that will push us to go. Any info is greatly appreciated

Been here for 12 years and you are correct: the ticos are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They do tend to drive like maniacs: passing on curves and blind hills. Our roads have gotten much better.
South Pacific zone: jungle to the beach, waterfalls and zero resorts. Best part of the country imho. Most beautiful women on the pkanet as well.
Costa Rica is meant to be an Adventure!

Our last trip before covid. :( It was the most amazing experience! Flew into San Juan, rented a car and drove to Arenal stayed there for a week and then drove to Manuel Antonio. That ride from the jungle to the coast was wild and took all day, and we only had a physical map no internet. Costa Rica was a true pure vida adventure!

Costa Rica sounds wonderful. I like friendly laid-back people, Wildlife, nature and beaches. I like hot springs. I like Echo lodges. I wish the roads were better. Thank you. I wonder if you can go if you're disabled. I have disabilities. I like nature but I also like culture and history.

Dude, well done on the video! Planning a trip with fam at the end of this year and your straightforward pros and cons all wrapped up in one was extremely helpful. Thank you sir!

I was in Costa Rica in July/August 2019, and I loved it, especially the nature and the tropical fruits. And, if you want museums and cities, go to Europe. but also Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Hi, thank you for the video! Which rental company did you use? Did you have to pay for additional insurance? Any other additional prices did you have pay at the desk? Thank you!
