Disney California Adventure Day! Character Breakfast, Pregnancy Friendly Rides & More! The Tim Tracker

we start our day by heading to Storytellers Cafe for a character breakfast at Disney's Grand Californian Resort. We really liked it the last time we had it, the food is good and character interactions were great! Then we head into Disney California Adventure for some afternoon fun before the Halloween Bash. We checked out the Redwood Challenge Trail, because we've never been in there before, it's more of a kids play area later it'll be transformed into the haunted trail. We finally got to see the Coco show, it was awesome and we definitely recommend stopping and checking it out if you see it happening in the park. The puppets were great. Then we rides some pregnancy friendly rides like, Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind and Jessie's Critter Carousel, before heading back to the hotel to get ready for the Oogie Boogie Bash later that night! We had a lot of fun in DCA

I sure miss Bug's Land at DCA. Went last week and really felt the void. It seemed like there wasn't enough in the way of other stuff to make up for what is missing. I'm not very excited about an Avenger's themed land coming in its place. On the plus side, Soarin' continues to be epic, and Little Mermaid is pure joy. I love that you guys are starting to spend more time at Disneyland and DCA! I like to see your perspective on it!

i took my nephews as part off our trip last year and it was worth every $. they had a blast playing with chip and dale and mickey and minnie. servers were so helpful and the service amazing.

TIM! Banana bread french toast is the BEST! I mean eyes Rolling to the back of your head, good. Bake a loaf of banana bread, let it cool and use it to make French toast. We love it!
