A Fun Day At Disney Springs! Our Favorite Restaurant, A Crazy Milkshake & Cute Disney Clothes! The Tim Tracker

we head to Disney Springs to have a fun lunch date at one of our favorite restaurants at Disney Springs. We had some delicious food at The Boathouse, we've never had a bad meal here and we definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for a place to eat while on your trip to Orlando. Tim had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger (surprise, surprise lol) and I had the coriander seared ahi tuna. I've never tried this dish and I was so happy with the taste, the portion size and the cute little Mickey on the plate. It was such a great lunch! Then we had some dessert at Vivoli il Gelato. We saw the sign for the King Cake milkshake and we knew we had to try it, it looked so ridiculous lol. It was a milkshake with an ice cream cone inside and a cinnamon bun on top and of course a little baby on top of the cinnamon bun. It was pretty good! It tasted like a cinnamon pastry and it was definitely big enough to share! Then we end the night by checking out the Disney collection at the Columbia Store, it was so cute! We got Jackson a Mickey Mouse raincoat, and we can't wait till he's a little older and can wear it at the parks! Adorable!

Jenn, you could totally do mini-golf with Tim while one of you wears Jackson! I did mini golf with my 2-year-old on my back! It was harder but totally possible: D While he's still tiny (I know he's big for his age, but he is relatively small) you can do golf with him on your front. Make sure you look into other carriers so you can keep wearing him as he gets older. It's great for both practical and attachment development reasons. I used to wrap my kids as well as using mei tais and structured carriers. You will fall in love with Madam GooGoo if you look at her carriers!

They grow a TON in the first year! Mine grew 7 inches and gained 18 pounds from birth -> 12 months. It'll slow down a bit after that but it's remarkable how much they grow right away.
You all look great and it looks like you're having a wonderful time on your adventures!

I laughed when Tim said that super thin coat will be for Utah in the snow. You're from Florida so you don't realize how thick of a coat you'll need for snow. I'm from Chicago so a winter coat to me is a huge, down father, puffer coat that will withstand freezing temperatures.

When we visited Orlando for the first time I persuaded my other half to go to Boathouse with me because of these vlogs, and now it's by far our favourite place to eat. Bit too far to get to from the UK though haha, wish we had one here.

I've literally never been happier for anyone to have a baby than you two haha it's crazy. I felt myself almost tearing up when I was watching Tim hold him at the table and I'm not ever a freakin baby person at ALL! haha

It would be awesome if Jackson could wear a Scoops Ahoy uniform for Halloween this year. That would be cool as Angry Grandma dressing up as Steve working at Scoops Ahoy.

Oh my he is so so so so cute with his little sunglasses. Disney Springs is so beautiful! I have not eaten at the boathouse for a while need to go there again.
