The sides missing last year. crawfish were more expensive last year (at least in Louisiana) so they probably left out the sides last year to make up for the more expensive crawfish? Crawfish is much cheaper this year.

Ok life hack: when trying to eat a difficult cupcake, pull the bottom half off, place it on top to squish the icing and eat like a sandwich. This allows you to get all the flavors at once and not make a mess!

Why does no one know that you need to tear the bottom of the cupcake and smash it on top to flatten that extra frosting. It turns it into a mini cake! I love this food hack!

My daughter takes the bottom part of the cupcake and puts it on the top so there are equal parts of cake and icing. so the icing is on the inside so less messy but delicious.
