A 'jacket potato' is a baked potato with a crispy skin, you then split the potato into 2 or 4 sections and can top it with butter, baked beans, anything you like.

Hi Tim, a jacketed potato is just a baked potato with butter, and its a staple here in the uk with plenty of different toppings, my personal favourite is cheese, bacon and beans where as my mums is chilli n jacket spud.
