In todays vlog we head to Disneys Swan & Dolphin Hotel to check in for a little staycation fun! We check in and give a detailed tour of our 1 bedroom + parlor room tour. We loved the space, comfortable furniture and of course the heavenly beds! We also do a little exploring of the hotel shops and have some dinner from Shulas Steakhouse, which was AMAZING! The steaks were so good! Then we end the night by watching the newest episode of Falcon & Winter Soldier, which was also awesome! We loved spending a relaxing night at the Dolphin and were excited to do some more exploring around the resort tomorrow!

On my first trip to Disney in 2016, we stayed at the Dolphin side. I loved it. It has a fragrance in the lobby and I love the music played with the lights on the palm trees bridging in the middle of the two sides. We had a more basic room with two beds, bathroom with shower and tub combo on the left side of dolphin facing the palm tree bridge. With the number of people we had two of the same joining through a doorway but only one had the balcony. One night was poor planning on our dinner so we we went to a restraunt on the swan side since it stays open later. I was 20 then so I had to stick with water since the only other options were alchohol. The waiter recommended the potato nocchi which was delicious. During breakfast, we'd eat at Picabu. It is an artistic cafeteria where they serve basic breakfast foods and quiche. I got a bag of goofy snack mix from the shop but unfortunately a big amount of it went missing coming back to the room at night. It has been known for the maids to eat a guests snacks so I strongly suggest securely packing it away, eat the whole thing, or take it with you to avoid possible contamination.

My husband and I were too broke on our honeymoon to stay at Disney (or even visit the parks, so we decided to visit the Disney hotels and get ideas for our future vacation options. We rode the monorails and had a great time. We finally were able to stay at the Swan in December 2020 for our birthdays and we loved it! The staff were so great and even though the entree portions at Bluezoo were a bit small and the clam chowder at Bluezoo tasted like buttery seawater, the strawberry shortcake dessert was delicious.

I have been been binge watching you for days. my grand baby is due in October so I am digging Jackson while I look forward to the big event. I will forever be a Disneyhead! My family and friends have been pushing me to do my own YouTube. I think Im finally going to take the plunge this fall when my partner and I go traveling for the winter.

I am too late to this video to suggest a day at Disney Springs if the parks are sold out. But I will say that I agree that WandaVision and Falcon and Winter Soldier have absolutely changed the trajectory in which we have been consuming MCU properties and how much more they can expand to tell their stories through Disney+

For anyone wondering about the dolphin fish/mammal comment, Wikipedia says: The statues on top of the Dolphin hotel are not mammalian dolphins, but a stylized version of a nautical dolphin, a common symbol used on old world nautical maps.

15: 37 Jenn: I don't really care about [Loki's] story, but.
Me, a diehard Loki fan, following several Loki blogs on tumblr, has written Loki fanfic: clutches pearls Jenn! I thought I knew you!
Lol, but actually though.

I have always been curious about what that hotel looks like. I notice Tim using a luggage cart. Do you recommend any one over another for our upcoming trip. It got old carrying things in and out of Jambo house. :-.
