Finally Riding Hagrid's Motorbike Adventure, Meeting A Baby Dinosaur & Dinner! Staycation Day 2! The Tim Tracker

Todays vlog is day 2 of our Endless Summer Dockside staycation! We give our second day thoughts about the resort and food at the hotel. We start with breakfast at Pier 8, the cafeteria style eatery by the lobby. Then we head into the park! We spend the day at Universals Islands of Adventure! We had one mission in mind today, to ride Hagrids! Once we got in the park we try to get on the virtual queue but it was sadly full when we checked. So we head over to Camp Jurassic for a little Jackson playtime. He loved the slides and while we were there we measured him for Pteranodon Flyers. He was still a little small for it but the awesome team members there gave him a certificate to come back when hes tall enough and he can go to the front of the line. It was so cute! We cant wait to see him ride it one day! Afterwards we checked to see if we could get on the Hagrids virtual queue and we were able to! It was about a 2. 5 hour virtual wait. Then we had some lunch at Thunder Falls where we had great view of the Jurassic Park River Adventure ride. The weather starts to get a bit stormy so we head back to the hotel, but before we do that we rescheduled our Hagrids time so we could come back after Jacksons nap. After his nap we head back to the park and we get on the ride! This was such a long time coming so I was SO excited to finally ride it! It was awesome and such an awesome ride! Then its dinner time so we head out into Citywalk and have dinner at Vivo Italian Kitchen. Dinner was wonderful, we all really enjoyed our meals. We head back to the hotel, we had a fun but very long day so it was time to get ready for bed. Later we were surprised with an alarm but after about 10 minutes it stopped and there wasnt any actual cause for alarm so that was a good thing! We get up the next day and give our final thoughts on the stay before we

Did you guys ever find out what caused that alarm to go off? That was such a random thing that doesn't really happen too much. I've never experienced it and never saw you guys experience it before. The chaos of life. It was definitely an interesting plot twist when that showed up in this video.

I think I got extremely lucky the only time I rode hagrids I got front on the motorcycle. I didn't know anyone else on the ride existed. I didn't have anyone in my side car. It was my first roller coaster. Really loved it.

Bad news Tim - Velociraptor is made up too. Michael Crighton, author of Jurassic Park based them on a smaller dinosaur. We've just seen them so often in the filme that people believe them to be a real dino now.

Fun fact if a larger guest goes on hagrids moving platform it can cause a difference in speed between the train and the platform causing the ride to e-stop which is incredibly ironic for a ride themed to hagrid

When we stayed at Cabana Bay, January 2020, it only took us 15mins to walk to Universal. You enter straight into City Walk through a very quiet security entrance.

Just out of curiosity, why not take the shuttle if you're staying on site? Is it more convenient for y'all to drive your own vehicle?
