In todays vlog we head to the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress to try the all new restaurant by celebrity chef Richard Blais from Top Chef. Four Flamingos is his modern take on a Florida restaurant from yesteryear. The menu is big on super fresh seafood and molecular gastronomy. Well definitely be heading back soon to have a full meal! Then we did a little exploring around the resort before heading home. Well be back for a stay for sure, this property looked so fun! Have you stayed here before? Let us know what you thought about it in the comments down below

If I still drank, that Key Lime with a Coconut drink looks, and sounds, really good. Love that dish with the smoke bubble in it - the chef not wearing the mask correctly, and her nose exposed, not so much! All of that food looked really pretty but because of the ingredients (don't eat seafood r foie gras, none of it appealed to me personally, although that Tomahawk and chimichurri looks DELICIOUS. They sure do love their smoke bubbles and liquid nitrogen here, huh? I will say I did eat lunch at this resort MANY years ago (mid 90's) several times, and it was always delicious. It was at a restaurant down a spiral staircase (I think I'm remembering right) next to a gorgeous waterfall down a marble wall, and was a gorgeous setting. And the outside rock grotto pool areas were stunning. ROTFL at about two cabanas, need 1 more - good one, Time! :)
ocially distanced hugs from New Jersey to you and Rob, the whole family, and all the gorgeous fur babies! Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy

Is it just me or does this chef look A LOT like Jesse Tyler Ferguson(Mitchell from Modern Family! I seriously just googled to see if they were like brothers or whatever because I couldn't remember JTF's full name. But not related at all LOL
Also SO much fish and seafood though, totally up Jenn's street for sure! :-)
Aww man. only about 2 cabanas? What crazy number of cabanas is that!

Such a pretty resort. Might not be my kind of restaurant, I'm like Tim, not a huge fan of seafood. I do eat shrimp and lobster so there is that. I'm not a fan of seeing the kitchen. I grew up in a restaurant family so I'm well aware of what goes on in the kitchen and for me eating in the kitchen was sort of a punishment.

When you go to a location with a bar, can you ask if they have any special non-alcoholic drinks? Some of us don't drink (for different reasons) and would like to try new things. Also, ask if they can make the dishes you eat non-spicy.

Mad disappointed Tim doesnt venture outside of burgers and safe options, considering he does most of the food reviews. It gets a bit predictable. I see a burger! I know Tim will get it.
I miss Jen.

But at 5: 41 the chef hasnt got the mask over her nose. Isnt that unhygienic and also a covid nono

Cooking with the finest boxed wine. Never cook with wine you wouldnt drink. Bad look pouring Franzia in the background. Im sure the cost of the plate doesnt justify boxed wine.

Looks like an amazing restaurant! All that seafood was screaming Jens name! The rest of us were screaming at the cold appetizers chef to pull her mask up! Sheesh, woman!
