In todays Aulani trip vlog we start the day with another character breakfast at Makahiki, we booked 2 breakfasts because we wanted to make sure we were able to recreate our pregnancy announcement picture from our very first trip to Aulani, plus we also wanted to try some of the other menu items. Breakfast was great! Then we meet some more characters around the resort and Tim has his spa service at the Laniwai Spa, he takes you on a little tour of the garden area which you have access to for an hour before your spa service and he shows you the spa treatment room as well. Then we have dinner at Monkey Pod, which is right across the street from Aulani. The food and atmosphere was really nice and they even have a pretty good happy hour! We definitely recommend checking it out on your Aulani trip! We end our night with another fun night at the pool. Jackson really loves swimming in the pool so we tried to spend as much time there on our trip as we could. We hope youre having fun joining us on this adventure!

The train tracks are from Hawaiian Railway. I was in Oahu in December 2019 and my family and I went on it. Its like two hours round trip and is narrated with history about the railway and Hawaii. Its a nice way to see more of the island and its right along the water front for the most part. Theres also a small train museum and picnic area where the train departs. I do recommend sitting further away from the locomotive because the train whistle is LOUD.

I got to do that spa at Aulani as well. my hubby gifted it to me for our anniversary. it was amazing and so relaxing. Monkeypod is great as well. I had the pumpkin ravioli. wow! So good. Live entertainment there is nice too. Love that place! Thanks for sharing these. So many good memories from our trip in November.

Great video! I love seeing his and your experience. We were there in 2017 and absolutely loved it! The spa experience was amazing! Loved the plunge pools and the hydrotherapy showers. We learned that the hydrotherapy showers are the only ones on the island. We so need to go back!

Pizza corner is AMAZING! We used to go to the beach in front of Aulani all the time (you dont have to stay at the resorts to use the beaches) in the morning and then head there for lunch. Koolina is one of our all time favorite places. Looks like you guys enjoyed it thoroughly!

Huge thumbs up Tim for always putting the menu code on screen so we can check out the menu. Always great to see what is available from the other side of the world. Another fantastic video. You are all having such a enjoyable holiday. Thanks for bringing us along.

Tim, The railway tracks are owned by the Hawaiian Railway Society. They have train rides from their station at Ewa Beach. These tracks were once part of the larger Oahu Railway and Land Company. Would love to see you and your family take ride.

The photo with Mickey and Minnie was just plain adorable! These are such incredible memories. And Jenn looked Stunning in her dress at breakfast! Absolutely beautiful. Very happy for you all to have this wonderful memory together.

Quick question: Tim keeps specifying bathing suit swimming
As opposed to what?
Skinny dipping?
I'm not trying to be sarcastic, I'm genuinely curious. Is there another type of swimming I'm unaware of?

I love the idea of giving the littles a disposable camera. Mine are big enough now that we'd likely get more than feet, but having their perspectives would be such a fun memory.
