Visited Tokyo and Kyoto 6 years ago, plus Osaka for an afternoon. Can't wait to visit again.
He's absolutely right. People are polite, friendly, and appreciate if you try to speak even a little Japanese. So much to do, see, and eat. And you always feel safe.

I want to live there after the military but I dont want to struggle talking to people. I did see a translator that goes to your ear and is like a speaker when you speak and it traslades the word to the other language
