why i didn't like the world's largest Buddhist temple Borobudur, Indonesia R. : This is funny dude. You know in era digital, just memorizing from your camera or phones is become a trends. Now somebody wanna be exist in their social media. So i think its fair for everyone. But, what i guess is you get a trap on tourist place so your footage is very crowded and make you feel disapointed, not to offense, just enjoy the place. We can't judge one place from one perspective. If you feel its not worth to enjoy, just leave it and take a tour so you get a more historical story from the local guide. Or maybe this title just a tricky way so everyone watch it. Wkwkwkwkwk.

Do you know the history of that temple?
FYI it's 504 statues ( ARCA) 2672 panels relief( all part of panel telling story of Buddhist life) and 72 stupa.
Have you seen how long artists make a one piece of statue
Bro they made this temple at 8th century, with traditional technology and equipment.
LEARN THE OBJECT BEFORE YOU VISITED.
Back to your country and watch your computer. don't spend your money.

The structure was not built as a tourist attraction. It was, and still is, a BOOK carved in stone. A TEACHING INSTITUTION. The lessons are written/carved on the WALLS! The presenter revealed the anorexia of his spiritual being, which that place was designed to heal. What an opportunity wasted. I hope he reads these comments with better hindsight, so-as to return and re-accelerate his Karmic cleansing.

He just travels to a place then puts the title why I don't like it. I have seen 2 video points he gives are similar. I don't think he really cares if place is good or not. The title is making his views and money. Because of that, I feel the opinion is scripted and clickbait in a way.

I totally disagree. Ive been there last 2019. I enjoyed every moment. I research the history first before going there. Taking pictures and videos are part of the trip thats pretty normal though. I got goosebumps when I literally experienced standing there.

I have wanted to be there during Buddhist Pilgrimage. Dont forget the park itself which is a really peaceful place and the historical significance is huge. The two gates and the studies of why they are there is important as a site of World Heritage.

I went there, saw sunset and I loved it. it was very packed but yet it was very impressive and the vibes of people having fun and goups of friends (mostly indonesians when I went) and it was good. I'd recommend it to anyone honestly

I loved it with the 1st sight of it. Just walking around there was feeling good already. The story of how it was discovered is interesting already. It should stay in the 7 wonder list, definitely.

Places like this are seeped in rich history, and like Angkor Wat, are unique experiences. It is unfair to assume why people visit these monuments, and what they get out of the experience.
