Houses in US vs Europe vs Russia vs China vs Japan - CoolVision
video description
In my eyes, European houses are the best you can get, not only do they care about envoirement WAY to much, comfort/quality is also VERY important. Most people cant pay them however anywhere, because asshole developers/renters and other kapitalist make there shit way to expensive.

I rather have a bigger, nicer house than havibg a bad, small house that wont BREAK. houses in europe are small very old, dirty. i have lots of friends in europe and all of them hates their houses because they are old, dirty and stuff like that. But in america most of the houses looks like villa's and they are good

In France the architecture is very different depending on the area. The north does not look like the south, and east like west. For example I live on the west side and we have wooden houses in an American style, though drive three hours east and the architecture is already different as it's based to resist snow

It's a shame nothing is said about building regulations and the quality of houses. The rules stipulated by the EU are becoming more and more expensive (and ridiculous. Walls with a thickness of +50 cm are now quite common and isolation norms are so high that heat can't be driven out when there's a heat wave.

Why isn-t Australia mentioned in the title? Location and the developer not losing the price is why those units are empty. They build a city without transit to jobs. They limit the ability of the population to move from province to province as well. It-s why kids are left in the countryside.

Americans need to heed the lesson of the 3 little pigs. It's getting windier here all the time. Build stuff that won't blow away. They use pneumatic nail guns and don't give a damn whether they hit wood or not. Then the roof blows off. Building shit is what keeps Americans busy.

Northern Europe has a large amount of wooden houses. The southern most part of Sweden, Scania, could be considered a transition region with both wooden and brick/concrete houses. When you cross the border to Denmark, wooden houses are quite rare.

In Hong Kong houses keep standing when a typhoon hits. And you don't need to replace all your possessions after a storm. Houses are smaller so people go out and meet friends and have dinner together in one of the restaurants.

I am Chinese, I have to say Chinese new houses are the worst in the world.
Traditional houses are very nice, but were forbidden to build.
Only living so terrible buildings.
I am going to die of this.

Where is Canada? I would be interested to see how Australia is compared to Canada. Canadian housing market is on the rise, lots of Houses being built and Condos at a staggering rate, the demand is high.
