1: 48 - Millions and millions of people? Sadly, you know nothing about Cyprus.
Also, what you are explaining is laziness in an uncivilized society. It's fine if you're a tourist, but if you actually need something done in Cyprus, perhaps something as simple as an electrician, you'll likely be told a date and time, and you'll never hear from them again. Never trust what comes out of a Cypriots' mouth. It's only good until they feel the need to ''chill'', as you put it. It's guaranteed that they will not let you know that they've changed their minds.

Public Transport has come a long way since you made this video, intercity buses are excellent, wifi can be patchy but I drove down from Trimiklini today Facebook open and went LIVE, not a glitch, so things are better, just don't count on Social Insurance paying sick benefits or unemployment within the first 3 months and pensions take over 6 months to pay out

I would add, DON'T SAY YOU'VE BEEN RAPED IN CYPRUS, NORTH OR SOUTH! You will be vilified and denied due legal process by those morons of Cypriot police and not given access to you solicitor, made to go on trial with a manifestly creepy and misogynistic judge shouting this is not a rape trial at least seven times during hearings. Welcome to Cyprus. Urgh.
