I have been calling the Expedia Gold number for over a week trying to change my Air Tahiti flights that were scheduled for July (Air Tahiti cancelled one of them) to August dates. Everytime I speak with a customer support person, they say we will change the flight and then all the sudden they say hang on, put me on hold and NEVER come back on the line or the line hangs up! I am getting really nervous now that the Air Tahiti flights are going to sell out. I even called Air Tahiti and spoke with them. They said if we would have booked through them directly, they would be able to change for me immediately but that I HAVE to go through Expedia to make the changes. I have been a super long time Expedia customer and I thought being a Gold member meant something?
This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. Is there another way that I can get these flights changed. I am getting so nervous now that they will sell out.
