Thank you for visiting the Wonder City La Paz Bolivia, which is among the best in the
world to visit and learn about its culture, its music, its delicious food, and
its traditions. The food of the city of La Paz is the most economical and
delicious in all of South America and the world. We are pleased that you have
been able to visit us, enjoy, and confirm that the food in La Paz is cheap,
delicious, and organic. Bolivians are honest, kind, hardworking, are respectful
to tourists and they will not encounter theft problems like in other South
American capitals. The Wonder City of La Paz is one of the most beautiful in
South America and is among the Top 7 Best in the World.

I know they are not food professionals and chefs or historians so you can't really call them on some of the information they convey being not accurate or just wrong but there usually are a couple every time I watch, any way it's fun to see their reactions, especially Kara's. One that I was a little surprised at was his comment on how the chefs at this school were able to somehow pickle watermelon rind to make it edible when in the south (of the US) which is actually where they are from has been pickling watermelon rind as far back as the Civil War, and has been an ingredient in restaurant dishes for over 40 years.

I love your videos, have never had anything negative to say, and this comment is only meant as a constructive criticism. I wanted to pull my hair out seeing such beautiful culinary art without descriptions. Clear ones, even text to keep up the pace of the video would be highly appreciated. Very frustrating, especially because the majority of other videos are in Spanish and this video could have been the most comprehensive video for English speakers. A restaurant of this caliber is worthy of note taking. It sort of ruined 75% of the pleasure of a restaurant video. It was still a good video.

Oh my gosh this is such an amazing video! Bolivia is so beautiful & underrated! It-s been about 6 years since I-ve had the privilege of going back there but had went several times before & we always learned to be very careful with ordering street food, so this is super amazing to learn! (I absolutely LOVE Bolivian food) I can-t wait to take my husband & kids to show them this gem! I love all your guys videos btw!

Kara and Nate your reviews are awesome, you are up to something great. Your reviews usually make emphasis on the positive and you seem to unintentionally convey nicely what many will think is devoid of significance. Your approach is very professional even when you use some self deprecation whenever you approach something that may be beyond your level of comprehension. Thank you for your good words on La Paz.

What a fantastic school and program! I love that they are not only teaching ladies to be amazing chefs and home cooks, but are also empowering them to be career oriented and business owners. Just wonderful.
That being said. the woman who served you those sandwiches is over 80 years old? That seems impossible. Wow!
