Jim, peek a boo & spooky are next to each other. Pretty easy - quite easy but you should watch, having a GPS will help to find the exact entrance. I do not remember the details, at the time we used the directions from the book I mentioned earlier - this book will give you 10s of great ideas what places to visit with pictures and details how to get there. You need 4WD (rental is ok) and to do a little hiking. It is not that easy to see the trails, that's why the cairns hill help to Spooky&Peek a

Thanks for this great video and wonderful music. I really enjoy going to Antelope Canyon near Page. In 1988 I got stuck overnight in there and it would take a Page of text to tell you how I got out, but the next day I went back and got lots of photos. Now they have steep metal stairs in there and they filled the bottom with sand, so it isn't half the fun that you seemed to be having going through the narrow ones in your excellent video.

For Zebra you have to hike like an hour, for Peek-a-boo - less than that, maybe half an hour, and you have to follow the cairns very carefully. GPS will certainly help. Very good description of these places you can find in the excellent book by Laurent Martres 'Photographing the Southwest - Vol 1 - A guide to the natural landmarks of Southern Utah'

Thank you for putting them up for all to enjoy. Hey thank you to for recommending A book to look at for travel, much appreciated. I feel like i should of moved here 30 yrs ago now. So many places to go and see and so little time to get there. At least with your videos even if i don't make it to all I will have viewed thru your lens. thank you.

Wow, the BLM could use a guy like you. We were there on 1/25/2015 and all three of the slots in that spot were dry, though there was a minor amount of ice and snow getting down to the wash. I was hoping to see how you guys did the hard part in Spooky because we had to figure it out ourselves. Very exciting. Thanks a lot for the great video.

Cairns are these piles of stones (usually about a foot high, made for orientation. To the trailhead you can go by car 4WD. Hole-in-the-rock road from Escalante. Off this road there are so many rarely visited but world known for their beauty places

4 days is not much time. Pretty much every place in southern Utah is amazing, but for 4 days you better stick to the main National Parks. Which ones? Depending on where you start your trip and where you end. The closest ones to your itinerary.

It should be a doorway to a rainforest jungle or in some place like Madagascar. It gets hard to interact with unless you fantasize about as part of some adventure or even spooky movie. The walls are so pristine its relaxing like a bed with stars view above.
