Venice and its lagoon are on the UNESCO World Heritage List: Founded in the 5th century and spread over 118 small islands, Venice became a major maritime power in the 10th century. The whole city is an extraordinary architectural masterpiece in which even the smallest building contains works by some of the world's greatest artists. (quote from whc. unesco. org/en/list/394. In the video: Enjoy breathtaking views of the canals, Piazza San Marco, from the towers of San Marco and San Giorgio Maggiore, Palazzo Ducale, the famous bridges (Ponte dell'Accademia, Ponte di Rialto, Ponte dei Sospiri, the major basilicas (Basilica di San Marco, Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute, Basilica Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, Basilica di San Giorgio Maggiore. Recorded October 2017 in 4K Ultra HD with Sony AX100 and a6300.

I live near Venice. As far as I've traveled, I've never seen such a beautiful city in the world. If you visit it you will not forget it for life. Come to Venice, but, please, come by plane, it has a good airport from which you can reach the city by ferry in a few minutes. Do not come with the cruise ships that you also see in the video, they are too big and are doing damage to the city, please boycott these cruises anyway.

Great presentation. I have been visiting Venice for a few days this year and it was one of the best places I ever visited. It gives you a positive energy and unique feeling and you are in love with these islands and canals at the first sight. You feel young all the time and seems the time stands still. I would like to come back soon one day. Greetings from Romania

Worth watching this beautiful and amazing videography of an awesome location of our planet by a professional videographer. It gives me the nostalgic feelings about the location we were over 3 decades ago. It also giving us temptations to be there once again to view such an exceptional gorgeous geographical location of our planet in the coming future.

This is a truly amazing place we went frequently 20+ years ago. It was different then. We hated the speed boats pelting their thrusting wash against the delicate architecture and then came those awful cruise ships. It lost it's romance, elegance, intrigue and ambience to commercialism.

I'm going through them one by one and it's my goal to watch every one of your video's lol. I still got quite a few to go to say the least, but with that said, this is one of my favorite video's so far It's not just what you record but how well you are able to capture and edit.

My second home off and on for a couple of decades. Don't come to day-trip visit. stay over a few nights and get a feel of the real city, not the cruise-liner daily fiasco. A stroll between 6 and 10 pm gives you pretty much the city to yourself and restaurant-goers.
