I dont know how he does it, but this is a good example of someone who know how to set his exposure for the shot. Using a camera that is considered a legacy camera now. The dynamic range in this video would suggest a tried and tested custom picture profile. Well done.

The architectural mix is interesting, the brightly coloured adobe buildings contrast against the classical Spanish architecture. Very well shot as usual, the footage of the surrounding mountains is very dramatic.
