As far as this list goes, I have 3 to do (Macha, Taj & GC) & 1 honorable mention (Galapagos. I'll be honest the Pyramids were a bit disappointing but that might have been because I had built them up so much in my head. I preferred Luxor or Abu Simbel. Angkor Wat live up to the hype, if the park ticket wasn't so expensive I'd like to go back. The best way to do the Barrier Reef is on a live aboard dive boat doing the outer reef, it was amazing. I'd also say going to the Serengeti & Ngorongoro should've made the list over the Great Wall.

I've been to 5 and will be visiting my 6th (Machu Picchu) next week. Can't wait. Also, I can attest to the caution against hiking down into the Grand Canyon to the Colorado River and back in one day. I did it, but it was perhaps the most difficult thing I have ever done in my life. I headed down a bit before sunrise and barely made it back in time for sunset. I literally thought I wasn't going to make it back out

I went to machu pichu last year, and it is a sight to behold. But the way to get there is a complicated mess. almost ruined the trip for me. Palenque, mexico should have been an honorable mention. The last vegas strip should have been an honorable mention too. I am planning on going to venice, italy next year, i didnt realize the colloseum is only a few hours away. maybe i kill 2 birds with one stone.

Visited these places except the Parthenon and the Great Barrier Reef. Parthenon alone is not that enticing for me, but I'll go to see that structure for sure when I decide to visit Greece. As for the Barrier Reef, I can't swim so diving or snorkeling is not a simple thing for me to do just to see the reef. Probably the last entry in my 100 must places to visit list.

Thanks for this video, I really enjoyed it. As a world traveler, I would recommend doing as much travel as you can while you're young and fit. Also, if you happen to be gay, check out how your destination treats LGBT people. Some countries are openly hostile and others have atrocious human rights violations. (Egypt, for example.

I used to love traveling the world and going to new places but I'm actually getting bored of traveling now. It's become too commercial and touristy. Places are also getting ruined because of tourism. People need to have a break from travel and stay in there own country.

American hype. I have been Machu Picchu, and to be sure, it is interesting and a privilege to visit. You can watch videos of it and they give you a great idea of what it's like. But, if you die without going there, do not fret. (Hard to fret anyway, since you will be dead)

The pyramids were not friggin tombs, there is literally zero evidence for that, not a single sarcophagus has been found in any pyramid, not a single piece of hieroglyphs were found in any pyramids, stop assuming everything that we don't understand was a tomb

These are the places to avoid, over runed by tourists, go find a small but charming town in France or Italy. Go and sail around the Fjords in Norway or climb a mountain in New Zealand. Worst list ever of places you can visit through books or photos.
