No, Thailand stopped development since 1997 because of political problems and newly developed in 2007 And another, because Cambodia, Vietnam made war together, so Thailand had to accept refugees and caused various criminal activities due to many refugees And some comments that say that Thailand, the land of prostitution is to say that most prostitutes in Thailand come from Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos who are working in Thailand illegally. As for Thai prostitutes, there are less than 20% of domestic prostitutes.

lol Kuala Lumpur and Singapore because of many foreign worker from many country make those country in the list. My opinion TOKYO it's interesting city to visit in the world only because of so expansive that's why not so many tourist can't afford to go there. Clean and the biggest city in the world also the expansive city in the world. Bangkok it's cheap and some place are slum.

Just got back from vacation in Thailand. Bangkok was fine, but I am not sure about all buzz about it? Phuket was much better than Bangkok. Bangkok is loud, noisy, over crowded, dirty the most horrific traffic in the world. Temples were nice to visit but did not enjoy due to crowds. Food was hit or miss even at local places away from the tourists.

I dont know if this ranking has taken into account of mainland Chinese travellers coz they dont really use visa or MasterCard but they use UnionPay. In the beginning of this video it says they collect the data from visa and MasterCards? If you count in the chinese travellers then the ranking might change, some cities might even drop out.

People who express rude comments about Thailand, I want to tell you to go back and develop your country first. Before coming to express ideas for other countries I know that people who express rude comments that are disrespectful to Thailand come from people in countries in the ASEAN region.

Have been in 9 out of 10 countries on the list: Seoul, Istanbul, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, New York, Singapore, Paris, London & Bangkok. But for me the one place that I love to keep going back is still Bali and the adjacent islands of Nusa islands and Gili islands.

Surprised that Dubai was No 4 on the list. Would be interesting to know how many of those 16M visitors booked a hotel room. Then again as the Emirates hub city delayed passengers would be staying there.
