Foggy Evening Walk at Ruby Beach, Washington (Binaural Ocean Sounds)

Moody walk on Ruby Beach, Olympic National Park, Washington Courtney: Left WA about a year ago and now live in a landlocked state. I don't miss all of WA yet; but damn will this video help me sleep tonight.
I feel like WA beaches have their own sound. The waves are never really consistently large enough to give that crashing-surf sound. It's just steady, steady, steady. And I honestly got a little choked up when you started walking through the gravel. Beachmeans something totally different and incredible on the Puget Sound.
Thanks so much for this.

I love this video. It's so prefect to play on the monitors in my house on these gloomy California mornings. Everywhere in my small house this video plays while we get ready for our day. June is my favorite summer month because the fog calms everyone down. You don't hear vrooming traffic noises. The tourists go elsewhere to find the sun. It's wonderful. Man this video gave me the relaxation I craved after the pandemic. Well done on this video.

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. This is my absolutely favorite biome and the scenery and sounds were a balm for my soul. Your series on the Oregon and Washington coast are my favorite yet! I love that you just allow us to quietly go on a walk with you, without talking, so that we too can lose ourselves in the experience. This is my vicarious vacation. Thank you!

I'd really love to know when might be good times to visit this part of the world if anyone would mind sharing, including weather and conditions that would result in the same as the video. Also, is it always this busy? Is it difficult to visit a place like this and not see another person?
Edit: Btw, thanks for creating this video and posting it! :)

I love the sound of your boots crunching on the pebbles. Watching this video I suddenly wanted to pitch a tent there next to a big driftwood campfire. Would be cold but a wonderful experience

Thirty four years later this is still a favorite place of mine. Also remembering walking up that trail in pitch darkness after we stayed at our beach fire too long and didn't bring a flashlight. :o

I'm confused do you have that dslr on a gimble with the binaural on top or you using the osmo for these walking vids? great stuff either way, thx.

Amazing video. Still surprised how cinematic you make the A7III look and the width of your lens, including super color-grading - even with a dirty sensor!

Thank you for all your videos! Can you share what microphone you're using to record this? I don't see a mic in your gear list.
