Thomas: If you ever get a chance to see the Slav Epic (or parts of it) in real life, dont miss the chance: in a day and age where the word epic is thrown about to describe sandwiches and road trips, these paintings remind you of what the term actually means because they are HUGE and the grandeur of the historical events depicted have the heft of a Marvel Avengers movie.
