bet this is such a dream come true u are very lucky bc I love to see then big and so gentle, also their eyes are so deep and full of soul like they have so many stories to tell us, I just hope videos like this can teach ppl to do right by these amazing beautiful creatures, I love how the SILVERBACKS are so gentle with their babies as well, their numbers must cone up bc these animals are just amazing they are my favorite, they are very misunderstood and I just hope and pray ppl stop killing them and just let them live bc if not before my lifetime is up their won't be no more and that is just awful to think of bc we really need them, so thanx for these kind of videos plz make more and I love ppl who do this so we can let them have long lives, also if ppl would stop buying their meat to eat or for mystical purposes ( bc of traffickers ) they would be ok, ppl remember they only go where they been going for so many years from memory so it's us humans that are pushing them out of their home, plz mire longer videos, thanx hope I can see some in real life that would be such a wonderful dream

Outstanding footage, Dr. LTE, especially since you had a strenuous trek. I had tears in my eyes watching these beautiful relatives of ours. The little ones were adorable--so curious about humans--Why are your feet so hard? Where is your fur? haha. Question: what do the guides tell you to do if the silverbacks charge right at you? I would imagine the best thing to do would be to play dead or at least be as submissive as possible. (Of course the instinct would be to run like hell, but prob. not a great idea--sort of like encountering a bear in the woods) God forbid the guides would shoot at the animal (unless maybe a tranquilizer shot. I shall watch this at least a dozen more times

An absolute mind blowing experience I just wish it was a LOT longer. At the beginning of this series I have asked you for some information about the resort I imagine you have been very busy. I just cannot find any information. I truly love this series and you are absolutely right, it is a lifetime experience

Thank you for sharing your personal experience. There is a huge difference in the quality of seeing your video and that of a professional film maker. You are able to capture the essence of your spirit in your videos and that which your viewers are rewarded with. I never miss one

Thank you for sharing. They are such beautiful animals. I haven't trekked yet but hope to. I noticed you said that there are 12 groups that tourists can visit. Do you know the names of these groups?

My God Can't wait A great video. I was seeking the type of clothes you wore. Gloves seemed essential. Is there something you wish you had worn. or preferred you didn't take on your hike? JJ30

I just totally disagree with one opinion if yours in this video. We are not relatives nor close relatives to the gorillas. They are a totally different KIND.
