British Airways Dreamliner B787-9 First Class London to Abu Dhabi (+ Concorde Room) PortlandWhiteDoveRelease: On Jan 3rd 2018 from BA flight 269 London > Los Angeles Business Class The flight was late 30 mins. plus when we were seated. A man a woman & child sat in front of the odd seating system. Soon as the flight started the child started screaming & crying the parents did nothing. The man kept going to the upper storage compartment blocking drink, food & other services to myself. Our seats were kicked & they kept hitting my legs & feet as they took over control of this flight making My Wife & I's flight a real nightmare this situation that is very very difficult to deal with. I asked the BA crew various times to have this negative & dangerous behavior to stop. BA staff stated put on these large old style sound head gear on & deal with it. I already had ear plugs in my ears. I asked if we could be moved to any other seats in the plane the BA crew refused to let me change seats even to coach seats. I asked for a refund & to let me off this dangerous flight so I could book a new flight with another airline but the BA staff on flight refused my request. BA employs on this flight would not move the family causing all these damages to coach or other parts of the plane The behavior was very negative & dangerous to all on this flight. This was a 11 hour flight this child was crying & screaming at least 10 hours of this flight. Damages caused by British Airways on this flight from failed to protect my wife & I from these very bad passengers who were seated in front of us. Even after requesting help various times on this flight. I have bruising from the headphones from lying down trying to block the screaming & crying & bruising on lower legs & pain from the passengers kicking and hitting me the whole flight as they missed jumping over the seats & hit my legs & ankles, plus pain up my sides & back. British Airways was not finished harming My Wife & I. British Airways lost all our luggage with thousands of dollars materials we travel with in are luggage. My luggage shows up two days later at my door by some guy in a pick up truck with broke & destroyed pieces of art I bought in Dubai, India, Oman, I can't believe this airline & what has done to my wife & I: I've filed a complaint

From 12: 10 you proceeded to walk from the back of the plane (economy) to the front (first class. Maybe it's just me, but I was very sure the noise of the wind and engines got progressively louder as you walked towards the front. Not sure why maybe the back of the plane is further away from the engine, maybe the front of the plane is pushing through more airhence more noise, or maybe human bodies are good at absorbing sound, so the more people you have in economy, the more noise is absorbedand the quieter it gets - but either way, the back of the plane definitely sounded a lot quieter than the front.

I've been scrolling through dozens of comments, and my blood pressure is up and it never goes up, lol. Most respondents on here must be spoiled brats with a sense of entitlement So many are saying how terrible this is, so and so is better, blah blah blah ad nauseum. Let me tell you something, all you used to get in first class was wider seats with a little more legroom. Meals were served with glass and linen. That's about it. We need to remember that Christ died for us after being tortured, so that we can be redeemed. Don't sweat the small stuff

I prefer business class on any but the shortest flights. It is just as comfortable as first class, the food is perfectly adequate, service is quite good and so on. Most business class seats fold down into beds. This is all that I need. In my view the only thing first class is good for is to impress others that you speak with or it may be convenient for those traveling in groups who want to converse privately. For some this is important. For me it is not.

I don't think much could be more annoying when flying, than when some ponce with a GoPro comes wandering around Slum Class, knocking your arms and generally disturbing what little peace you've managed to create just so he can show some folks on Youtube what they already know about economy. Stay in First Class and enjoy it, good for you But I'm uncomfortable enough without extra people walking round the cabin unnecessarily.

First Class is disappearing ( again ) For most airlines there is not a huge difference between First Class and Business Class, as this video and his other on YYC to LHR Business Class demonstrates. Business Class is more profitable too for airlines so very few will still be offering First Class in the next few years ( already very airlines still do ) I personally just don't think its worth the premium cost

Apparently designed to keep the 5% in their seats throughout the flight so they do not ever have to come in contact with theordinary passengers. Everybody gets a cubicle just like the office back home No private individual toilet, yet? This is for the 5% because the 1% have their own private corporate jets. Flying first class commercial is so 1980's-YUCK- You still have to be on the same flight with people

Comparing British Airways First Class to Etihad, its a no match Ive flown Etihad First Apartments from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi to New York. Definitely the best flight Ive been on Did not like the Etihad 787 First Suites much. BA's First product just doesnt look innovative. Just a business class seat with extra legroom and FAs with British accents. Great way to earn AAdvantage miles though

Man i dont understand some of these people. If i were paying thousands of dollars for a First class ticket i would sure as hell make sure I get my money back by eating as much food as I could possibly stuff my face with. Even more so when it is A La Carte I would literally eat my way from London to Dubai and be smackin my lips the entire trip

Thank you for the video. I appreciate the shots of the seats, dining, and particularly the Concorde Room. You lose points for the extended footage of clouds and dark runways. I already know what those things look like. I'm connecting at LHR to and from HKG soon and I'm looking forward to the Concorde Room. Thanks again.
