I have been flying internationally for many, many years. I have also flown First and Business class. This is THE BEST flying experience video I have ever encountered on YouTube. The Luxury Travel Expert is the first person I have seen who knows his equipment, and knows how to use it. He also appreciates what the VIEWER wants to see. This is a video of extreme smoothness and comfort. At no time was my perception jarred from bumpy shots, blurry whiz-pans, out of focus close-ups or wild camera waving. I especially enjoyed the fact that the video was about The Product and NOT the presenter. No long, boring monologues and endless self promotion selfies with little or no content detail. I have been a TV producer/director for 42 years and I wish I had this bloke on my team. (A couple of spelling errors on lower frame supers, but that happens) I will DEFINITELY follow you because this is what a real travel review is all about. My heartiest congratulations on a magnificently produced and edited video. You excel in the field, Sir.

Its not only a world apart from all other Business Class competitors, it is also a class above many other First Class products. I only fly with Qatar where possible because the standard never changes and is always on point and the little things get done so much better than anyone. From the personal greeting using your name to the service and to the end when you are personally thanked by the Cabin Manager, hard to beat this. The addition of those little electric candles during meal service about a year ago, outstanding. I fly about every 6-8 weeks long haul with them and I am really looking forward to A380 refurbishment starting next year with the adapted Qsuite. cheers for video just confirms the experience those of us who have had the privilege to try Qsuite and the Qatar service, including in economy, simply a quality operation.

My wife and I recently flew LHR-DOH-BKK-DOH-LHR. This was not my first time with Qatar and was looking forward to flying with them again in their new Q Suite It did no disappoint. The suite was amazing as was the privacy once my door was closed. We managed to book all 4 segments in the QSuite However, on the last segment Qatar changed the aircraft from an A350 1000 to a A350 900 so my wife ended up in the 2nd cabin as we both wanted window seats and not the centre seats. the configuration is different to that of the A350 1000. Qatar has a habit (more than most airlines) to change aircraft at the last minute which is a shame. I noticed you had a Bricks amenity kit which has now been changed to their soft kits which are much better and more colourful? when did you fly with them? Thanks again for the video.

Just a quick point I wanted to make and forgot to mention in my other comment, you said the windows can be closed by 'old fashioned pull down blinds', which for me are something Airbus got right even in its new generation aircraft. The 787 dimming window dulls the light down but it does not black it out and that can be frustrating on a long haul especially flying East when you change time zones and catch the rising sun for hours when you should be sleeping. The old fashioned shaded for me are still the best as when they are all down which most people are used to now, it is totally dark and perfect for sleeping.

I flew on Qatar's Business Class on the A350 (my favourite airliner) last month and was definitely impressed. Right now I would definitely not be able to afford paying for it on my own, and I was actually chuckled at how many privileged oil executive families (and the like) were prancing around onboard, enjoying all the benefits of being in the one-percent, and I could see why; it's just decadent. Pure and sleek class from start to finish, fit for a king. I wish Qatar would expand into a more commercial market, without dumbing down the quality of their product. Fingers crossed.

I want to hear YouTubes opinion on which configuration business class is better: Reverse herringbone 1-2-1 configuration? Found on Qatar, Finnair, Cathay Pacific and American AirlinesStaggered 1-2-1 configuration (some seats closer to the window, some to the aisle) found on Thai Airways, All Nippon Airways, Etihad and QantasI personally prefer the staggered configuration as if Im lucky and get a seat closer to the window, that seat is extremely private. The reverse herringbone is a tad bit more cramped on some airlines as well

The truth is the 747 and L-1011 started this higher cabin pressure= reduced jet lag thing before it became popular, yet they didn't even tout about it. and yet the 787 and the A350's cabin pressure isn't much better than the 747 and L-1011 Plus the A350 has a low flow switch which means for all it's advancements, you will be getting very little fresh clean air if the pilots or the airline is cruel enough to implement the procedure

I'll be trying QSuites out in October - Can't wait. Always loved Cathay Pacific, but this looks like it's on a different level altogether (and was less money than the equivalent flights with CP. If you're going to be 3 weeks working miles away from home (and slogging around Asia with low cost airlines every other day) doing long haul in biz just leaves you in so much better shape. Thanks for the fantastic review - Great work.

Qatar Airways is not reliable for Committed&Business related persons. Qatar Airways cancelled its flight on 25th july 2019 QR631, I was in that airline, I lost my Already paid hotel booking in SWITZERLAND. I lost my swiss business meeting. I lost my business visa validity. Facing all these losses, airline only and only gave me one sandwich and advice of patience. Emirates is really No 1 airline, Qatar airways is a cheap one.

One thing to bear in mind when you book a flight: you may think you're getting the QSuite Experience but Qatar make changes to scheduled aircraft a lot. So you could be like our family, turning up at check in, looking forward to the QSuite (a definite factor in our choice of airline) to find the aircraft has been switched and there are no QSuites. Oh and the family is now split up, with several rows between members.
