The seating is ridiculous and obviously driven by money. If I'm in a window seat and the person in the aisle seat is laying flatthat's going to suck trying to get past them if I need to get out the seat

Straight forward, sober, and on time. Very Swiss Maybe not always totally sober. I watch the flight map, or listen to the music on offer, if its a day flight. At night, I alway sleep.

I always fly Swiss when possible, I don't think they offer the best hard product but the service is really what makes it for me. Great review as always
