I tell you Doc, there is no way if I was at that beautiful location that the TV at the foot of the bed would have ever switched on for even a minute! During the day, I would be on that deck or in the water. At night, I would be looking at the stars. Are the stars bright? My Dad was career Navy, he said the stars he saw in the middle of the ocean were the brightest he had ever seen!

Amazing! I've only seen and heard beautiful things about the Maldives. Unfortunately it's so far away that I don't think I could afford it anytime soon. I can hope there's beaches as beautiful as these in the Caribbean.

I really love the look of Soneva Jani, except for the absolute lack of any vegetation in or around the overwater villas. I don't know why, but it just seems strange to me.

No, you wrong. Best luxury resort on the Maldives is on Voavah Island. But you don't have money for that, cause price is 18000 dollars per person hahahaha
