Thank you for this lovely Business Class video on Sri Lankan airlines. There is not much content on Sri Lankan Airlines on Youtube. The carrier has so much potential and I believe that the fares are relatively cheap for the service it provides. Loved the small annotations at the bottom as well. Hopefully, videos like this will really help display the quality of the airline to other travellers given that Sri Lankan is not very famous. Truly hope that I can join Sri Lankan as soon as I am done with my studies and training. Really looking forward to contributing to the airline. Avoid using Srilankan airlines as they are the least responsible airline I've ever encountered in my life. During luggage deplaning on 10th December 2017, my one bag got badly damaged. It was impossible to lodge a complaint on the spot. Next day, when I lodge a complaint on their online site, they told me that they would consider my request. Till date, on 12th May 2018, after repeated inquiries, they have yet not given any satisfactory answer or compensation. It has remained a humiliating experience

I recently travelled London to Colombo on Sri Lanka business class on the A330. The service and crew were fantastic on both flights. Food was great, the lounges were well run and stocked with nice food and drink. If you have not visited Sri Lanka, YOU MUST Its one of the most beautiful countries in the world, its just stunning and the people are so so lovely and friendly. Also the food on the island is amazing especially the seafood

Sri Lankan and Thai air are good. Both airlines had done 'something' due to which, they are operating flights from Karachi. PIA and CAA had given them favors to operate flights. Man, corruption is worldwide. I am not complaining anyone. The fault is in our country and citizens can not change them But I request them to treat Pakistani citizens little better. We are internationally declared orphans but you shouldn't be as USA.

I kinda like all the entertainment during flights but if I would choose I think I like delta's and BA's entertainment the best. I like your video's. I am always excited when we take a flight because of the plane we're in to. And because of you I can get some handy tips about with airline to take sometime. I want to do the same thing as you do when I get my GoPro.

This is absolutely false. My son and his wife recently took a SriLankan Airlines flight from Delhi to Colombo. Both of them flew in business class. They were holding business class tickets but they were not served any invitations for the business class lounge or the premium lounge upon their departure at Delhi. They don't know where to lodge a complain now.

Regarding Sri Lanka: 3 hotels to recommend: The Cinnamon Grand in Colombo, the Mount Lavinia Hotel in Mount Lavinia and the Galle Fort Hotel in Galle. They would suit nicely in your video portfolio I think. If you are planning to visit Kandy as well, take the train from Colombo. Recommended hotel in Kandy is of course the Amaya Hills Hotel.
