I'm lucky to live within a 3 hour drive of the Tioga Pass Park entrance so have spent a lot of time in the Tuolumne Meadows area of the Park. This is a beautiful high country area of the Park many people never see but is well worth an extra day to explore the area. Back to the Valley, that tunnel view is probably the most spectacular view and most well known views of Yosemite. That drive up to Glacier Point from the Valley is so much worth the time. The views from Glacier Point are some of the best in the Park.
I love Yosemite and have visited many times, to me something magical happens during the time I'm in the Park.
It's sort of like the Grand Canyon, pictures don't do it justice and everyone should try and visit both at least once in your lifetime.

I knew Yosemite would be beautiful, but once I saw it in person, it was more beautiful than I'd even imagined. Words, and even this great video can't do it justice. I visited in winter which was much quieter than what it was in this videos, I would recommend visiting outside the peak times for sure.

The first time I came out of that tunnel at the beginning of this video, I started tearing up. It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. It was just like that kid show on TV, Land of the Lost. If you have never been to Yosemite, do it. Do it at least once in your lifetime!

Anyone know what's the camera he used to capture this video? I see he/she has listed several items used for this video but can't find the actual camera used on the vehicle. And yes, I tried to click the Travel Drone and Favorite Drone links and both are showing some cute dog photos on Amazon.

Too bad the camera angle sucks. I wanted to see the whole area as you came out of the tunnel but just a fast glimpse of the most beautiful place and the rest was just trees and roads. Would have made such an impact if you pulled over and panned as you started coming out of the tunnel

I drove my mother and stepfather through Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon in the early eighties. He fought the Nazis in WWII and little did he suspect that in 81, they had come to the USA. Eventually they'll destroy these parks completely; so glad they both got to see them.

I live an hour and a half hike from Toulumne Meadows or a 2 hour drive to the main gate. Screw all that traffic, I can start hiking in the morning, catch fresh Trout and be home before dark.

My wife and I, in 1987, just about had the park to ourselves. Where you come out of the tunnel, it was only us there. It's an amazing place.

Thanks for the video if I may some constructive criticism. Please angle the camera up so there's less road and more cliffs -

I hope everyone is getting a chance to see this not only in 4k but with HDR. This is truly stunning. Thanks again.
