Thanks for an amazing video I just got to ask you, did you went to this place near Lapland, called Hossa? It's a beautiful and small little town in a gorgeus little province called Kainuu. If you havent been there yet, I suggest you should visit there in the summer for awesome finnish peace and quite time, but also the whole province Kainuu is a place to visit once in a lifetime. Please come visit Finland more often Finland loves you And thanks if you read my comment: )

Going up there (Ivalo and Inari) in about 2 weeks from now to see my sisters and grandparents and couple of cousins. My grandparents are Inari Sami people and they have lots and lots of reindeers. =) I like Lapland, it's so freakin' quiet up there that you can hear the emptiness of your thick skull. =DOh man, smoked salmon is the best Did you get to taste reindeer meat, that is awesome too, can't wait to get to eat my grandmothers cookings. =)

I went to Kemijarvi and Rovaniemi when I was as a student in Tampere. It was in November 2000, i love Finland and Lapland is just wonderful. I still remember night sky in Lapland, sauna, pure nature, lake and cabin by the lake. we did a day trek there. I haven't been there since then unfortunately. but i recommend to anybody. in Whole Scandinavia there is wonderful, clean nature.

I've been watching traveling videos for a few hours now and it's not easy to find real interesting, not-so-mainstream-turistic, with awesome landscape footage, interviewing locals and even educational videos like what you guys make. Keep doing it Me, I'm on my way to look for a relocation somewhere in the world lol. Cheers from Monterrey, Mexico

A shout-out from Poland, here Guys, have you ever been to our country? I may be biased but it's full of wonders; ) Anyway, it's simply worth checking out; ) On another note - keep up the good work, I've been having loads of fun watching your videos and learning a lot as well. Hopefully in the future I'll embark on an adventure of my own.

OK, so what does indigenous mean? Because I'm pretty sure the Finns have also been in the area for a long time, as well as the Swedes, Germans, British, as so on. How are other people of Europe not indigenous? Great video. I want to go there.

Very nice videos and good job finding your way up to Lapland too. You seem to have been in Inari and Lemmenjoki area at the same time I was. Too bad I didn't run into you guys, could have taken you gold prospecting. :)
