everything was fine but why the icecubes? you do not need them for tiger's milk you keep it in the frig. for 10 minutes and add it at the end like you did and that's it icecubes don't go with ceviche i'm sorry chef

That was a very nice tutorial om how to make a classic ceviche. Btw, we basically use just 2 types of corn in Lima. Regular corn (the one used in there) and purple corn, used to make chicha morada.

So Peruvians often brag about their ceviche being the best, but it seems pretty simple to me. I make ceviche also but mine takes a lot of time and it really tastes good.

great vlog and not to be negative or whatever but the constant blur in the backgrounds just was not good it kinda was hurting the eyes. the food looked good.

I would always eat Ceviche. My Puerto Rican father, Ecuadorian aunt married to my Uncle are two people who knew how to make it. I need to learn to do it myself.
