I appreciate this video, and your message of self care. I feel like more than half of the youtubers I originally watched back in the days have burnt out or fell off the platform, glad to see you guys still going strong. So sorry for your losses, its been a tragic summer for most people I know including myself so I just wish you and your families all the best in terms of new expeditions and documentary style travel id love to see maybe a series on conservation or environmental causes, perhaps visiting national and marine parks around the world and showing the importance of preserving these sites (especially in times where the Trump administration is removing/reducing protection of these areas. I also think South America is a great destination - Patagonia is high up on my list as well as the smaller known, English speaking country of Guyana, although Ive never been its where my parents were born and I plan to go, theres amazing Caribbean, indo-Asian inspired cuisine, lush amazon forests and i literally barely know anyone on the internet whos been - its definitely off the beaten track and lmao for westerners I think itll be interesting to see the struggles of the people as well as the interesting culture of the only English speaking country in South America

I'm sorry for your loss of your grandfather, and your travel buddies. I like your onward and upward attitude. I love my t-shirt from you guys that says, Stay Curious, Keep ExploringOn that note I want to encourage you to expedition into the jungles of Central America. Alex and Marko, I would love to know what you could tell us, and what footage you could share with us about the flora, and fauna there. I've been fascinated to learn about the Sea Heart Bean, a Continental drift seed that falls out of it's giant bean pod into rivers, that carry it out to sea where it travels for years on the world's ocean currents, coming ashore in far off lands (Sweden, England, etc. Columbus is said to have found these beautiful heart-shaped beans (they look like dark chocolate wafers) in the Azores, and it encouraged him to keep looking for the Spice Islands. Anyway, long story short, that's where I would love for you to take us. Thank you for all these years of beautiful content and wonderful adventures

Sorry for your loss. Life is sometimes short. Do what you want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. Take chances in life and live for love and for other people. I am 52 years old. I have lost my parents, all my grandparents, all my Aunts and Uncles except for one and I just lost my only child, my 18 year old son three months ago who was my traveling buddy along with my niece. He was able to see many things in his short life and that is the only thing I can take solace in is he got to see a lot more of the world than most people and those memories are absolutely priceless. I believe everyone should travel as much as possible as that is the only way we truly connect with each other in a real and meaningful way.

Really sorry to hear about your loss guys. Your story about living with your grandparents really struck home for me because during a difficult time in my life I had to move in with my Great Grandmother who is now in her early 90s. It's amazing what you can learn in these situations, not just about life in general but the world in terms of its history and stuff like that. No amount of history books or documentaries or whatever can quite come close to hearing life stories from an old person that you're close to who can really give you insight into the human experience. Loved Sri Lanka when I visited there years ago, looking forward to seeing the videos x

You guys so Amazing. I've wondering why you guys haven't upload video for the past month. but i'm so inspired with this video, because I also have a grandfather who is in a village far from where I live. He is sick because he is old, and I was very close to him when I was in high school, but now i'm in college and never communicate with him again. I'm just feeling guilty to not communicate with him for a past year. I think i'm gonna visit my grandparents for a next year after i graduated from college. and i'm so inspired by all of your videos, and I plan to travel around Indonesia before traveling abroad, Thanks Guys. Good Luck for your new Project.

i went to a tiny little town in turkey called olympos. its in antalya and has the most beautiful blue beach, and ancient ruins basically on the water. it super authentic, no american tourists around at all. i went with my cousin who lives in istanbul & i imagine it would be kinda hard to go without a turkish speaker in the group because its not easy to get to and the only accomodation are shared cabins, kind of like hostels? near the beach. there are a few cafes and bars and everything was delicious they also had a live band playing at the one bar at night. if you had the opportunity, it would be a really cool place and very unique.

One of the hardest things I had to. go through is passing away of a family member while I was far away on a student exchange and I had to come back home just for the funeral and I had to go back abroad to finish my semester. And also deaths of dear people that happen close to eachother can be overwhelming. But I believe that we should give ourselves time to grieve because if you don't at some point it will all come to you and it will be too much to handle. But these situations only make us stronger

I'm all five for the expedition videos. Also it would be great if for future videos you could include some hiking/trekking trail in the place you are visiting. As the communities for the hiking/trekking are growing bigger I think people would appreciate it. I was in spring in Faroe islands, first time trekking and complately loved it. The views were amazing. From that trip I'm searching for videos from other trails but it's hard to find ones in good quality, fun scripted with charismatic people.

You guys are true champions in life. We can all see why your grandpa was so proud of you two Yup. Burn out is real and it takes a really long time to recover. I know from personal experience. You guys are doing everything right to prevent that. Slowing down. Grieving. Breathing. Appreciating. Sharing whatever, however you see fit. Whenever you're ready, we'll be ready. As your grandpa (and actually I) always say, onwards and upwards
