What I would like people to know about New Mexico as a native New Mexican is that New Mexico is very diverse in culture and landscape. We have mid sized cities and small towns and villages. The first wilderness was created here. It is my favorite place in the world. We also have real cowboys here in some pretty remote places. We go from desert to alpine forest. We have a big Native American population as well as Spanish population. Us native New Mexican Europeans think it is noromal. When we travel outside the state and see a mostly white population it is strange to us. We have very diverse art communities here. The best of all is our green and red chili. There is none better in the world.

The storyteller is a Native Pueblo style of pottery, along with the Water serpent is a big belief in the Native American Pueblo Culture. There a lot of influence by the Native culture but were you see the guys walking in the beginning in old town of Santa Fe you see Native Pueblo people alone the side selling there art. The architecture is mostly Spanish but Santa Fe is the heart to the Spanish culture even Bernalillo was founded by a Spaniard who was given the land by Sandia Pueblo because they helped aid the neighboring Pueblo when it would be attacked by Apache and Navajo for resources.

Love New Mexico Except for the Corrupt Demokkkrats They're version of the Green New deal will destroy NM the in no time No More Oil, Natural gas, or Coal But But New Mexico. Hello little California. Remember how beautiful California used to be? Liberals fixed that and now it is full of crap all over the streets and sicknesses are Florishing like Crazy My advice would be to stop Electoral Fraud so we can put an end to the Liberal Cancer spreading across this Beautiful state before it gets as bad as California

Such a well done video Perfect timing too. I watched your Canadian Rockies video right before my trip to Alberta and this one before my US roadtrip (including New Mexico. The whole reason I started planning a trip to this region was because I saw an ad for Meow Wolf and thought I have to go there Had to skip over that part of the video so there will be some surprises. You've gotten me excited for my upcoming trip yet again

They are sooo biased with all the Spaniard talk. Hardly any mention of all the of other Native Tribes in NM. Tourist come for mostly the Native Culture. Ask your self why every year the Indian Market gets hundreds of thousand of visitors while spanish market is lucky if they get a few thousand. Native art should have been talked about more. On top of all that the spanish are still so racist to the Natives. It's really sick.

Welcome to Santa Fe, every building is just a different shade of brown. All our spanish teachers are from Spain? The weather has a bi polar episode every 20 minuets. Always ask which chili is hotter then choose christmas (both red and green. The proper way to acknowledge a stranger is to bob your head once you make eye contact. Don't pronounce the Ls in Cerillos. Meow Wolf is too expensive for locals.

Great video of a gorgeous part of the southwest - I grew up in northern New Mexico, so Im partial. I did make a quick trip to Santa Fe at Christmas to see family, and took the old high road as far as Las Truchas. Oh, and thanks for recommendation of Happy Paradise restaurant in Hong Kong. I was there in April, and had my birthday dinner there - a chefs tasting menu - really nice

Damn to see how our political climate is today and people talking about America is the best nation ever, and hearing all of this nationalism things. And then seeing a Native American town that has existed for a thousand years it just destroys what you think of the US as country. We truly dont know how we are here but we claim its the best and dont want to let anyone in.

I've lived in New Mexico my whole entire life. I feel like more often than not people travel here and talk down about this state, but it truly is filled with so much beauty. It's super refreshing to see you guys enjoy the culture, food, and just all that New Mexico has to offer I love my homeP. s. Put the International Balloon Fiesta on your to do list
