There's nothing more frustrating than when you're in a fishing spot all by yourself and then some other fool decides to fish right next to you even though everywhere else around you is empty.
Some people have 0 respect for others. I bet you anything the skipper of that boat didn't have a clue what he was doing so he decided to copy what the locals were doing.
