That was nuttin, Ive seen rain so hard it was zero visibility and the aircraft was bounced around like a toy. Azores Portugal taking off and landing in 70 mph crossers on tires with the steel belts exposed and an engine on fire during desert storm. Pilot has the option to wave safety during real time war missions. We bounced in one night and the AC said in the bus ride in. I'd rather crash then mis approach.

These guys are professionals. I really appreciate the attention to detail they have. I'm glad they know what each of these instruments and gauges are. Me, I was like Ted Stryker when he was glazing over all of those instruments and buttons. They also seem to have ice water in their veins.

And someone gave 19 Saudis flight instructions on just how to fly a complex aircraft, like this no take off or landing, If that didn t set off an alarm I don t know what will. I never heard of any investigation regarding this issue, and if not why not?

This is tail number PH-CKB (right under the landing gear handle at 0: 57 in the video. A 747-400F operated for KLM Cargo by Martinair Holland. It is still flying for them, and I'm sure very much in demand these days.

Even today it's been 25 yrs ihv been traveling in plane. The take off & the climb still gives me goosebumps for my life. It's like those engines defying gravity & taking us up there

I still find it incredible these machines come of the ground. The 747 and A380s espsecially. Absolute respect for the pilots operating them everyday.

Inaccurate! microsoft flight simulator 747 autopilot when it takes off it slams the plane to the ground once and use it as a boost then takes off.
