The dealer just up the street from me here in Florida has 29 MY2020 XC90s on his lot. I was really hoping youd be reviewing the refreshed 2020 model. There are quite a few updates from the 2019. We were just sitting in a 20 at the dealer today. Looking forward to your 2020 review.

Removing buttons for touch screens is a bad move. If they MUST do it, they need faster processors. It's crazy that such an expensive luxury vehicle has such a slow touch screen that you need to use for almost everything.

It depends on whether handling is more important for you than comfort. I think the Volvo is close enough on the handling and I love it's comfort, giant moonroof & features. But I'm personally waiting for the XC40 EV

Firmer suspension is preferred for more safety. mushy suspension means it can oscillate way too much on bad urban roads. It's ok if it can be softened up with a button. but that costs money and is a point of failure.

95+% of car reviewers don't adjust headrest. Do you actually think regular people will. no. They will not. One-size-for-all headrests are safest bet - Volvo is really strong in terms of safety.

Have they improved the electronics? Consumer reports places Volvo only above JLR for Infotainment reliability. Its the only thing that has kept me in our 2018 Honda Pilot Touring.

Great review. Gorgeous interior except how the center stack just sits on top of the transmission tunnel instead of a more premium flowing design. That detail always bothered me.

Still the best interior in its class. Absolutely lovely. The transmission is an 8 speed Aisin unit from the Camry too, so that part is at least solid.

Volvo is a brand I would consider after I get rid of my Subaru. It's the next logical choice for luxury and safety in AWD. Thanks Alex
