The RX is easily Lexus' most important vehicle. Not only is it their best seller, nearly 1/3 of Lexus vehicles sold in America are RX crossovers. That may make the mission sound easy, but reality is far from it. Lexus needed to not alienate existing RX buyers, while attempting to lure younger shoppers that are new to Lexus' cushy crossover.
