This will be unpopular I know but I feel it needs to be said. Over many years I have owned performance cars, starting with a Cooper S (1960s, BMW 2002Tii, (1960s) a couple of rusty Alfa Romeos, an (old) Audi RS4, a Golf R and Nissan R35 GTR. I took most of them to tracks and spent happy days with like-minded individuals doing lap times and learning (or failing to learn) how to handle them. And yes, I took the GTR to a drag strip several times, until I got bored. Never once, then or now, did I want to know what it felt like to accelerate a 2500kg SUV armoured assault vehicle with 700 HP over the quarter mile. Performance cars used to be designed for fun, not to invade small nations. This arms race is really getting silly, and I think genuine enthusiasts should speak up.

I’m with yianni on this do your stuff bro. Let that dude know he aint doing it right. He’s braking at the right time yes but he lets off the gas too much right before and that’s why he gets more distance. Which would irritate me too and I like that yianni ain’t afraid to call bro out on it

so I imagined this contest you can organize. Before each drag race people could bet. If they win 4 times in a row (each win generates points) they get to win something substantial. it will create additional traffic! Love your show
