The BMW didn-t have any mechanical issues though, all software problems right? The Audi looks like its putting down more torque than the gearbox can handle. I would rather have software issues than mechanical problems, if I had to choose.

Nothing says just get a good factory car more than watching these temperamental tuned monsters fail- stock, quality and a warranty are way cooler than calling the AA after spending a fortune on a car for it to just not work.
